                no que concerne à legitimidade do Título Mundial do Corinthians, recebi esta confirmação da FIFA (abaixo). Outros colegas receberam comunicação semelhante. Quer te sirva para o debate no Blog.

As organisers of the Club World Championship TOYOTA Cup, FIFA is only able to comment on competitions organised by FIFA with regards to the title 'World Champion'.
 
Therefore, we can confirm that the first FIFA Club World Champions were Corinthians (winners of the FIFA Club World Championship 2000 in Brazil).

The second FIFA Club World Champion will be decided this year in Japan at the second edition of this FIFA tournament.
All previous Toyota Cup competitions were not FIFA-organised tournaments and therefore the winners are not viewed as FIFA Club World Champions.
